A Case Study.

1st Step. Review Copywriter Content.

2nd Step. Market Research.

3rd Step. Create 3D Models/Shoot Product Hero shots, Lifestyles, and miscellaneous Images.

4th Step. Retouch Renderings/Photography

5th Step. Layout Content and Images onto packaging Dielines.

6th Step. Revise Layout Content and Images after review to further enhance packaging impact. Correct any rogue errors.

7th Step. After packaging design approval create Spot Varnish, Emboss, and Foil layers.

8th Step. Create any Branding files needed with detailed instructions for Silkscreen placement, Tooling, Emboss, and brand Colors. This includes but is not limited to Logos, Slogans, and anything else that contribute to the Privet Label.

9th Step. Create a Manual if applicable. Proof read it for errors and content. Send for approval and further proof reading.

10th Step. Create files Shipping Cartons for Inner and Master Cartons.

11th Step. Create Outlined files of all previously created files.

12th Step. Create a detailed Printing Guideline outlining every detail of the finished product to the overseas manufacturer, printer, and packager.

13th Step. Compress the entire package and send it off to the printers.

14th Step. Create Marketing Material For online advertisement.

The Project starts with Content:

A copywriter writes up some wonderful selling content. If the Copy is terrible, then it's time to become a content writer and hit the Competitor's website for inspiration to sell the product.
